Elias Seppanen jumps from Karting to formula academy – “Forward to My Dream”

Elias Seppanen, an exemplary driver of karting and an AKK Driver Academy, is competing for the 2019 Formula 4 car in the Formula Academy Finland series.

Elias Seppänen from Tammel, 15, tested the Formula 4 car last fall on the Alastaro and Pärnu lines. Seppänen will be joining the Formula Academy Finland series next season, which was first run this year. A dozen promising drivers were seen and finally the Russian Michael Belov took the championship.

Seppänen, who started in karting in 2010, celebrated the Finnish junior championship in karting in 2016 and Sydsvenskans Kart Champion Cup in Sweden. This year, Seppänen competed in the colors of the English Forza Racing Team in karting OK category, including in the World Championships and EM competitions.
